Walk The Moon Just Celebrated Two Major Milestones

Walk The Moon may be getting fans excited with new music, but the band celebrated some major milestones this week on older releases. On Wednesday (April 10), the indie dance rockers revealed that their third album, Talking Is Hard, has gone Platinum — meaning it's sold the equivalent of a whopping 1 million units — and their 2017 single "One Foot" has gone Gold — meaning it's sold the equivalent of an impressive 500,000 units. They shared the news on Twitter, with the full band posing with the certified album and single.

"this is insane. talking is hard is platinum and one foot is gold," they wrote in the caption. "thank you so so much for listening. it means everything to us. love you."

Check out the sentimental post below.

Though Walk The Moon gifted us with a new danceworthy bop in "Timebomb" this year, they have yet to announce a followup to their 2017 album, What If Nothing. Tonight marks the last date of the band's tour supporting Muse, so maybe they'll have some more news for us after winding down from life on the road? We can only hope! In the meantime, we'll just listen to this cover of them performing Adele's "Someone Like You" on repeat.
