Paul McCartney Brings Out Dave Grohl & Bruce Springsteen At Glastonbury

Paul McCartney headlined UK’s Glastonbury Music Festival this weekend, becoming the oldest artist to ever headline the festival. And what a show it was, with Paul bringing out not one but two huge guests, Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl, and Bruce Springsteen.

Dave joined Paul for The Beatles classic “I Saw Her Standing There,” and Wings’ “Band on the Run,” marking Dave’s first time back on the stage since the March death of Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins

Not long after Bruce joined Paul on the stage to perform “Glory Days” and “I Wanna Be Your Man,” just like they did earlier this month at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.

Both artists then returned to join Sir Paul for the set’s final song “The End.” Check out footage to the right.

  • ONE MORE THING! Fans noticed a new tat on Dave’s hand that many believe is in honor of Taylor. The singer seems to have a “T” inked on his hand. According to one fan Dave pointed to the tat as he went to embrace Springsteen.
