On "The Set List," Carter sits down with actors, musicians, creators, and everyone in-between for conversations that feel honest and fun. This laid-back style conversation allows guests to relax, laugh, and talk about the work they're proud of, the process, and the stories you wouldn't normally hear. From studios to backstage and into the spaces where culture actually takes shape, Carter trades predictable press-tour soundbites for conversations that feel electric, unfiltered, and unexpectedly personal.

His strategic leadership played a key role in FLETCHER's breakout era, and most recently, he served as A&R for Kylie Jenner’s debut musical project Fourth Strike.
