Following a trip to Belize, a man came home with a high fever. After several weeks of taking antibiotics his symptoms would not go away. That's when a family friend suggested he did not have an infection, but instead had bot fly larvae living underneath his skin.
The man went back to the doctor to confirm the problem and doctors were able to remove the bot flys from his arm.
